Day in the Life:

  • Perform various audit procedures including testing, reporting, and compliance
  • Develop and improve technical and professional skills by receiving and utilizing frequent feedback, and attending trainings such as Cohen University and Annual Training
  • Surround yourself with a team dedicated to developing your professional and industry knowledge, including expertise in areas such as closely held business, registered funds, alternative investments, and more
  • Participate in various firm-wide initiatives, such as business development, recruitment, DEI, community service – whatever area you’re passionate about!
 

Who You Are

Required:

  • Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s 
  • Major: Accounting

 

Preferred:

  • Minors/2nd Majors: Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems
  • GPA: Minimum 3.0
  • Journey to CPA:  Pursuing required credit hours to sit for the CPA Exam  

 

Location:

  • Baltimore, MD
  • Hybrid work environment (50% in office)

Estimated Salary Range:  $60,000 - $85,000*
